Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at the Cargo Terminal, AFS and related areas of cargo operation.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure the safety and efficiency of Cargo facilities.
Deploy industry standard innovation in technical and management field.
Comply with work policies and risk management procedures
Manage the O&M team of operations and maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between operations, maintenance, and other Cargo Terminal functions.
Monitor and enforce compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Prepare and manage MHS and maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of Cargo Terminal infrastructure and equipment's.
Ensure timely response and resolution of maintenance issues to minimize impact on airport operations
Procurement & Inventory control of MHS and spares.
Participate and handle technical evaluation of MHS, spares and other contractors for maintenance work.
Ensure safe and secure storage of utilities and spares.
Predictive and preventive maintenance planning. Implement PM schedules and monitor strict adherence to improve the performance of all equipment's and minimize complaints.
Develop and conduct scheduled training programs for O&M team
Ensure all external audit compliances are met to the desired levels with no observations and findings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Quality Management certification (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001)
Aviation Safety certification (e.g. IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Engineering Maintenance / Asset management of Airport, GHA, Airline or large industry
