Desired Qualification: Medical graduate/Postgraduate (MBBS/MD/MS) + Management qualification
Desired Experience: 3-5 years of medico marketing experience with team handling

Key responsibilities: Strategic support
- Serve as an internal medical and scientific resource to assigned therapeutic areas
- Support in devising Product/Therapy Strategy in coordination with different SBU/Divisional heads
- Providing medical/clinical oversight regarding positioning strategy and implementation tactics for respective products (Eg. Providing scientific content and ideas for promotional inputs like Visual Aid, LBL etc.)
- Screening relevant literature and other information from respective scientific society meetings and conferences and develop summaries of key messages for use within the Company (e.g. key areas of scientific/ company interest, new trends in diagnosis, monitoring and treatments in the therapeutic area, etc.)
- Stay abreast of new developments, publications and trends in different therapy areas and review these developments with the internal stakeholders
- Working closely with Business development to identify new molecules, novel drug delivery systems and analysing the potential of these entities with respect to the divisional strategy, giving scientific opinions and making the future medico-marketing strategy
- Customer Engagement: Identify, develop, maintain, and leverage professional, peer-type relationships with national KOLs and other key customers including facilitating their involvement in academic divisional initiatives
- Develop and maintain interactions with HCPs to answer scientific, product and therapy area related questions
- Effectively present information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with ethical & legal guidelines, and directives
- Support in conceptualizing, coordinating, content preparation and end to end execution of advisory board meetings
- Deliver scientific presentations and medical education to healthcare professionals individually or in groups (meeting, clinical sessions etc.) where requested.
- Conduct and coordinate various scientific initiatives like CMEs, RTMs, Scientific symposia, conference etc.
- Engagement of identified key scientific leaders through medical affairs activities, in alignment with the overall franchise plan and create a strong scientific expert data base to be involved in scientific activities
- Training and development
- Training on therapy/product/new updates for therapy management and Training and development team on a regular basis to keep them up to date
- Contributing to Field force team knowledge upgradation initiatives/activities on therapy/molecules through medical trainings in coordination with Training team and internal resource (Executive Scientific Services)
