We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager with strong technical knowledge in photography and editing to join our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative and technical teams to produce engaging social media content across various platforms.
Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop and execute compelling social media content tailored for each platform.
- Utilize basic analytics tools to track and understand key metrics, adapting strategies to optimize performance.
Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including cameramen, editors, and other team members, to ensure seamless content production.- Provide data analysis and metrics reports on social media performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns, including content calendars and posting schedules.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), adapting content to suit different platforms and audience preferences.
Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategies to increase engagement and reach.- Execute digital content delivery across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of content creation and distribution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong technical knowledge in photography and video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategies, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
