Drive volume Growth by identifying newer avenues for business growth across key customers to deliver on annual volume plan.
Strategize and execute the Annual Joint Business Plans with the customers in line with the McCain FS priorities for the year. Expectation of the role is to draw a Strategic roadmap of collaboration and bringing them to life - through networked partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
Be the single point of contact leading monthly, quarterly and T2T reviews with customer to review progress on identified priorities.
Builds an understanding of the channel and customer business model, needs and expectations and assess our opportunity to connect with these for un-parallel value creation.
Collaborate and drive buy-in with the regional teams on the strategic imperatives with aligned milestones and KPIs.
Analyze large data sets to distill actionable insights from data and convey findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge/Experience
Master s degree in business administration, or related field required.
5+ Years of experience with 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management.
Prior CSD , CPC, College Canteens account management experience will be a strong advantage.
Experience in a cross-functional organization with strong influencing and networking skills.
Experience having owned/shaped/led growth and marketing strategy.
Candidate must have a proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience.
