Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
Collaborate with the brand team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing brands, internally and externally
Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying campaign ideas and events revenue opportunities within our established Premises
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination with Creative, Digital, and PR Agencies:
Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
2. Conceptualizing and Executing Creative Campaigns:
Lead the Planning, Briefs, ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and resonate with the target audience.
3. Media Buying:
Description: Strategically plan and execute media purchases to optimize reach, frequency, and impact across diverse channels.
4. Outdoor Advertising:
Oversee the planning and implementation of outdoor advertising strategies, maximizing visibility and engagement.
5. Print & Radio Advertising:
Drive print advertising initiatives, ensuring impactful placements in relevant publications to enhance brand visibility.
6. Organizing Press Conferences:
Take charge of planning and executing press conferences, providing a platform for effective communication with the media.
7. Media Relations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to enhance our brands presence in the market.
8. Tracking PR Coverages:
Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
9. Corporate Communication:
Craft and disseminate clear and consistent corporate messages, maintaining a positive brand image in the public eye. Copy writing, good written communication is must.
10. Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 6 years in a similar role within a creative agency or coordinating with agencies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
