About Team
The role is the part of the Monetisation & Brand Solutions team. This team is responsible for earning advertising and monetisation revenue for Myntra by providing various Brand solutions. The team supports one of the most important functions for Myntras growth for future success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own & Manage day to day operations and servicing for the partner brands within assigned BUs.
- Work with brands and with the brand sales team to initiate and execute the monthly monetization media plans.
- Work with internal stakeholders including Category and Store teams for streamlining the end to end execution of monetization media plan
- Understand brand KPIs and help them achieve optimal results for their campaigns by using data, optimization and insights.
- Provide a robust framework of support and servicing for the brands pre, post and during campaign to ensure positive movement on performance and revenue scale up.
- Proactive in identifying, raising and problem solving for any issues or concerns faced by the partner brands. Coordinating across internal teams to ensure resolution on those concerns.
- To adhere to internal processes, TATs and SLAs of operations workflows and to ensure business and client objectives are met through operational excellence.
- Perform regular competitive research analysis across the E-commerce and retail landscape.
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.
- Managing work triaging and shifts you will be the first point of contact for the partners and stakeholders for any launch/live campaign related queries which includes process, QA, platform, performance, inventory, audience targeting, troubleshooting etc.
- Build a high performing, diverse and inclusive team; with strong talent strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain talent on the team. Build expertise in talent practice and routines that Myntra follows.
- Foster a culture of care, grow and win together while demonstrating drive, connection and inclusion.
- Report on the key performance indicators, bandwidth utilization and deliverables.
- Involve actively in automation / product / workflow related discussion and contribute towards operation excellence and efficiencies to improve speed to market.
- Participate in training & development planning program for new hires
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably B.Tech or MBA for a renowned college.
- Overall work experience of 5-6 years. At-least 4 years of experience as AdOps is a must.
- Preferred to have experience in the eCommerce industry.
