- Conduct audience research and set content goals and objectives.
- Define content topics, formats/templates, and editorial calendars.

- Manage and coordinate the content creation process, whether its done in-house or outsourced, and ensure that the content meets the standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Supervise the management and maintenance of audience personas , content inventories and audits, customer journey maps, SEO strategies, and competitive audit.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize the content for SEO, readability, conversion and brand.
- Use various content management systems and tools to publish, update, and organize the content across different channels and platforms.
