Take on the role of a Marketing Automation expert within our dynamic team, focusing on
backend integration and automation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in
independently coding and integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, and have a strong background in data management, including segregation, auto-scrubbing, and classification. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining campaigns, automating lead capture processes, and optimizing our CRM systems. Additionally, you will ensure the technical implementation of emails, landing pages, and forms for our HubSpot campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Technical Integration & Automation:
- Develop and manage integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, utilizing webhooks, RESTful APIs, and other integration tools and techniques.
- Map APIs to add new features via applications.
- Create and maintain code for any required integration or synchronization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
- Create custom objects and custom fields as needed to support business processes.
- Create custom objects and custom fields in HubSpot.
- Develop custom scripts and workflows to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize HubSpots API to connect with third-party applications and services.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features and integrations meet business requirements.
- Automate lead scrubbing to ensure classification and segmentation of leads in the CRM.
Campaign Management:
- Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and other marketing processes.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and logic to automate repetitive tasks.
- Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce to support sales and marketing alignment.
- Use HubSpots Workflow
- tool to automate complex marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns by creating emails, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot.
- Optimize campaign components for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Use A/B testing to optimize campaign elements and improve performance.
Platform Ownership:
- Take full ownership of the HubSpot platform and all associated tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HubSpot and its integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices to ensure we leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
- Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the platform meets all business requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute to the setup and foundational stage of HubSpot implementation within the company.
- Conduct regular testing to identify and fix any issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the platform.
