Job Description

This role will be on secondment rolls.

Collaborate with central marketing team and business teams to create marketing execution plans to support the business goals and brand awareness. Candidate to be responsible for overall campaign, driving quality footfalls, increasing cash memo size, collaterals, brand association & participation and new market entry initiatives, support channels/ partners driven. Managing sponsorships, creating IPR events, on ground campus engagement and reach outline, Social Media Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare a Mall marketing plan in line with defined business objective for Pavilion. Obtain senior management sign off and report quarterly on performance.
  • To implement the marketing / promotional business plan aimed at delivering increased footfalls to the mall, translating to increased revenue for retailers and ultimately improving the ROI for all stakeholders.
  • To translate the center marketing and promotional activities into individual tenant sales growth.
  • To track bottom line results and be able to effectively demonstrate to the management the effectiveness of each event.
  • To monitor sales and foot fall reporting and translate these results into meaningful reporting for both the Mall Manager and the retailers.
  • To drive social media activation for generating higher eyeballs and engagements resulting into brand upkeep.
  • Driving mall loyalty to generate quality footfalls to the development and higher CMS based activation.

Social Media Marketing

  • Devise a comprehensive social media strategy and define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, drive engagement, and establish thought leadership
  • Develop outreach programs to grow and engage an active community of followers: identify social media influencers and engage with them across channels to build a solid referral network.

Customer Marketing: Adhere to customer service standards and processes to deliver excellent customer service. Demonstrate a Can Do attitude; ensure that promise made is promise kept. Proactively contact customers and be responsive to their needs; suggest ways to prevent recurring problems. Leverage existing products and services to meet customer needs.

Empowering & Developing: Understand own goals and responsibilities; monitor own progress; demonstrate personal accountability; achieve through delegating wherever possible; contribute to the development of the team through open feedback; seek feedback, coaching and developmental assignments for self to learn & grow.

Branding & Graphic Designing:

  • Ensure consistent branding across collaterals
  • Maintain, update, and publish branding guidelines

Achieving Business Success:

  • Display an understanding of the business, the market and implications for own area. Conduct data based analysis to make recommendations in own area. Control and monitor revenue and expenses; ensure cost efficiencies and use resources wisely. Be flexible and adapt to change as required. Implement and adhere to systems and processes; seek feedback and ensure their improvement.

Qualifications

  • PG in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • 7+ years of experience in retail, event management or hospitality marketing.
  • Designing event calendar inline with business objective. Brand relationship - closely working with brands to improves their business efficiencies attaining incremental revenues. Media buying - effective media planning (mainline, digital) based on events and business requirement. Revenue maximization via BTL activations and in mall branding. Conducting surveys, dipsticks, CAST, RSAT, Consumer behavior etc.
