Currently we are looking for a Manager, Managed Services.

The Manager Managed Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of leading and managing the strategy performance and results for one complex area of the Global Services department.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute on the vision and operational decisions that impact the team
  • Understands business needs, utilizing the company's business model and tools to prioritize and plan tasks and the resources needed to accomplish them
  • Provide client and partner insight and feedback to solution and product development teams for improvement on solution and services offerings
  • Recommend and enforce procedures and standards that ensure adherence to established audit and compliance standards
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to sales efforts for prospective customers and identification of new opportunities at engaged customers
  • Generate revenue for the company by optimizing resource billable utilization rates and providing solutions that provide tangible benefits resulting in satisfied customers
  • Leverage existing business relationships through frequent communication, including formal and informal meetings and customer visits
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues; provide guidance and resolve issues as necessary
  • Analyze and provide direction on the quality metrics; track performance against established metrics and ensure management is holding employees accountable for achievement
  • Manage and direct all aspects of performance and compensation management for direct reports; provide coaching and development opportunities

What Will Make You Successful


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in the Software Implementation Consulting field implementing software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and/or project teams related to software implementation projects
  • Industry vertical or solution area experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • ECM or other relevant solution implementation experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Fast learner with an aptitude for technology
  • Able to be successful in a team environment, working collaborately with other members of the management team
  • Able to provide exceptional follow through and be customer service driven
  • Demonstrable technical, product knowledge with extensive experience delivering solutions to customers
  • Knowledge of professional services operating procedures and contractual agreements
  • Fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing overall department budget
  • Up to 25% travel time required
