Role Overview
Manager, Logistics with strong experience in managing logistics in the diagnostics industry. This pan-India role will oversee the operations to ensure clinical sample collection from across the country while maintaining quality standards and efficient collection and delivery for the organization.
What You Will Do
- Build a robust collection/ phlebotomy network in all selected Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities via on staff and third-party phlebotomists/ collection agents
- Ensure sample collection for the leads generated by sales team on a daily basis
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, clients, phlebotomists, and service partners for timely sample collection / pick up and transportation
- Manage the process of diagnostic samples home collection where required
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of samples
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for sample transportation to the testing facility
- Collaborate with various team, including Sales, Customer support and Lab to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Train the phlebotomists to carry out their duty and responsibilities efficiently
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience in logistics role, ideally in the diagnostics Industry
- Experience in managing phlebotomy / home sample collection processes
- Good understanding about the diagnostics logistics arrangements
- Degree / Diploma in MLT / Science in general, and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
