- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet company objectives.
- Manage and oversee transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations with procurement, production, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation and storage services.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and employee development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovations to enhance logistics processes and adapt to changing business needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, performance, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications
