Reporting to: Associate Director Government Partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Develop frameworks to capture training feedback.
Conduct periodic evaluations on the quality & effectiveness of the training.
** External stakeholders are mainly various State Govt and partner NGOs in the above case
** The content mainly revolves around Life Skills/21st century skills/socio-emotional learning

Travel would be required in line with the requirements of the projects and requirements of the various internal (team) & external stakeholders (government agencies, funders etc.) as well as for representing Magic Bus on various platforms if required from time to time.
