Overall Purpose/Objective

Act as a single point of contact for the Center for obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), etc., as required for compliance for various center operations from various statutory and government agencies/ departments
Key Responsibilities

- Understand the project plan and the timelines for various activities in the project to prioritize the license/ permissions/ NOCs to be obtained
- Lead the process of identification of agencies, applying to each agency/ department in requisite formats, arranging for site visits, fees involved, regular follow up, etc.
- Ensure timely provision of all necessary information to all agencies/ departments as per the requisite format for processing of various permission requests
- Establish and maintain relationships across levels within all concerned state and central government agencies/ departments such as police, electrical inspectorate, Public Works Department (PWD), Fire Department, RTO, Pollution Control Board (PCB), etc
- Assist the retailers in getting the various approvals required in course of their operations such as an event/ promotion being carried out, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations
- Ensure all original licenses/ approvals/ No objection certificates (NOCs) are submitted to the legal department once obtained and copies circulated to necessary departments
