CLIENT: Leading Pharmaceutical organization with business spanning across regulated markets of US, Europe,Japan and developing markets of Africa and Asia.
Key Result Areas:
Legal: -
- Review the legal documents and identify contractual risks to mitigate risks.
- Analyse, compare and review the terms and conditions of standard templates such as Consultancy Agreement, MSA etc; to improve the language of the agreement clauses.
- Conversant with the Contract Management System of the Company.
Secretarial: -
- Advise management on various compliances including SEBI requirements; Maintaining RBI-related compliance, including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, & FLA returns.
Updating with latest regulatory notifications/guidelines/circulars and modifying documentations
- Assist in preparing and filing of E-Forms, Quarterly / Half Yearly or Yearly Compliance Reports with Stock Exchanges or Registrar of Companies etc.
- Co-ordinate with statutory, internal and secretarial auditors and solving their queries from time to time.
- To assist in preparing notice, agenda and minutes of the Board, Committee meetings and General Meetings.
Incumbent Profile:
- Legal contract management professional with 7 years experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- CS-Secretarial, Regulatory & Governance in Listed entity.
- 60% Legal Contract Management & 40% Listed Co. Secretarial.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15 LPA
