Manager- Leasing

Job description

Leasing of malls, retail stores, hypermarkets, office spaces, F&B restaurants, multiplex and etc.Conduct sales calls/site viewings and presentations, Source and seek out prospective tenants, Generate new leasing leads for prime commercial projects.

Required Candidate profile

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing commercial and retail properties
-Strong communication and Negotiation skills
-Good knowledge of Commercial retail leasing agreements
-Strong personality.
