Manager - Leasing

• Experience: 5-10 years, preferably from a RE developer that leases commercial space or an IPC working in the same space.
• Qualification: MBA

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the leasing operations for the real estate company, including tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, address their concerns, and ensure lease compliance.
• Monitor market trends and competition to make informed decisions and contribute to the company s growth and profitability.
