We are looking for a Manager - Learning & Development (Female) for our client place based and Gurgaon. The ideal will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the learning and development programs within the company. This role requires a senior professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Ability to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and deliver effective learning solutions.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of trainers and instructional designers.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Must be excellent in Communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs and modules based on organizational needs and requirements.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure that learning and development initiatives are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Mapping the skills of the employees after evaluating them.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and create customized programs to address them.
- Evaluate the success and impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to provide innovative and effective training solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
- Supervise and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers.
