Job description

• Designs, builds and initially tests routine decision logic for all communications sent by the Squad, within the strategic Decisioning Framework.
• Responsible for the comms-led data exchange between the Decisioning tool and the channel (e.g. container on webpage, next best action in Telesales front end, text in SMS)
  Supports Commercial Managers in understanding any operational decisioning queries (e.g. why certain customers received certain communications).
• Experience in working with B2B segment of decisioning and marketing
• Sound understanding of database marketing, targeting customers using propensity models
• Proficent in use of Pega Decision Hub Management / Underlying pega technology
• Stakeholder management - works closely with commercial stakeholders in order to build & execute campaigns and/or offers. A confident & articulate communicator.
• Good understanding of structured query language (SQL) for manipulating data from a large data warehouse, preferably with enterprise data in large telco.

Must have professional/technical qualification

Specialization : Pega marketing/decisioning, PRPC, Proposition manager applications

Experience level : 6-9 years
