Manager/Lead - Energy Analysis

Racanaa Energy(www.racanaa.com) is looking for a Manager/Lead - Energy Analysis to join their growing team in Bangalore. The candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience in monitoring and analyzing data from energy systems and identifying possible action points. The candidate should have the capability of managing a team.

Job Purpose (brief)

The task includes the continuous monitoring of data and develop analytics with suitable insights and solutions to the customers for energy optimization. Also automate the reports/dash boards to the customers and discuss with customers for energy savings solutions based on the analytics outcome.

Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities)

• Ability to research and gather data from Energy managers installed in the field
• Data monitoring through our Web portal and Mobile app and provide inputs to field to maintain uptime.
• Carry out root cause Analysis of high energy consuming units and prepare action plan to reduce energy consumption
• Prepare different charts and graphs for management view, Customer view
• Standardize the reports as per the team's requirements
• Develop the automated tools by using different excel formulae and macros
• Interaction with field teams for data connectivity and support for installation and commissioning
• Electricity bills collection from the field teams and comparative analysis with Energy manager data
• Coordinate with design & development team and provide inputs on dashboard improvements.
• MIS reporting to management as per schedule

Qualifications

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics

M.Tech in Energy Engineering

Any short-term course in data science/ data structuring & modelling will be an added plus

Certifications:

BEE certified in energy auditing and management will be an added plus

Experience

8-10 yrs experience in energy analysis in energy or related domain
