MANAGER - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
QUALIFICATIONS: B. Arch, M. Arch Masters Qualification required
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 15 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with Site Engineers, contractors, and Consultants.
- Liaising with Municipal Corporation Tree Authorities NOC.
- Landscape designing of all types of building with Conceptual, presentable landscape and final drawings, details using relevant Software
- Ensuring Smooth Flow of drawings and the landscape execution quality at site.
- Collaborating effectively with contractors and other professionals in the Project.
- The individual will be required to travel sometimes for site visits to cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- Work with the schedule of the project and proactively advise team members of any issue which affects the efficient completion of the project.
- Checking Landscape drawings and documents at all stages of the project before approval and further coordination to next stage.
KEY SKILLS:
- 8 to 10 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.
- Good Knowledge of plants and their ability to thrive under various site conditions (sun, shade, water availability).
- Knowledge of Planting, tree preservation conservation, materials and technology are essential.
- Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up
