Job Summary
Responsible for smooth operations/execution in the account and responsible for customer management, sales growth & market share of for the account.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive end to end marketing strategies for top eCommerce platforms
- Plan and achieve the consumer traffic, profit, and ROI/ROAS goals of performance marketing
- Close Quarterly / annual Activation plan between Trade and Marketing plans with platforms & review periodically
- Develop vendor relationship(s) to access best practices; work closely with existing vendors to ensure quality planning and execution of campaigns on Marketing initiatives
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility
- Manage and drive accelerated growth in the emerging MT & e-Commerce platforms: TOT negotiation, in stock, promotion & strategic initiatives for the accounts
- Design, conceptualize and monitor the delivery of standard & custom reports
- Work cross-functionally across consumer marketing, creative agency, account management and trade & marketing team
- Advise on digital and marketing best practices, the latest tools and systems
- Initiate growth projects and strategies in analytics to support the strategic objectives- Liaison with Modern Trade & E Commerce players to understand business issues, focus areas and growth factors; and translate into analytical initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education - Graduate in any field
Education Level
Graduate/ MBA would be a plus - Sales/marketing
Minimum Work Experience
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Experience Details
- Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing in agency, FMCG and top MT & ecommerce firms
- Relevant experience in performance marketing in ecommerce channel preferably experience with considerable scale
- Strong experience in planning, strategizing the Performance Marketing campaigns in eCommerce and digital platforms
- Deep understanding and experience across performance marketing channels, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge in Ecommerce platforms
- Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder & vendor management skills
