Ensuring Manufacturability review of new parts and route creation, RM for machining and suggest Make Vs Buy to Design team.

Preparing note and observations during R&D product Mfg and manufacturability review and closure of observations

Collect check points from designers and make proto check sheets.

Ensure corrective measures for new parts inspection reports provided by process owner and quality team.

Actively participate in quality circle meetings and suggest / implement the improvement plan; Suggest & implement

kaizens for continuous improvement.

Implementing Poke Yoke for eliminating defects

Monitoring and improvement of Plant utilization.

Initiating ECR for existing products.

Reducing cost of operations and Take initiative for Continuous Improvement

Introducing LCA projects/ process change to increase the productivity and reduce the repetitive defects generate due to manual operations.

Suggest material alternatives during prototype manufacturing.
