Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Devise IT strategy and technology roadmap for the organization in conjunction with the IT Leadership team and functional stakeholders
- Overall management of Monitoring the IT Infra setup & application used for SSC operations.
- Continuous monitoring & budgeting of overall MLDL IT Budget and its usage.
- Develops Implementation for software implementation. Life cycle includes Production deployment & monitoring and code maintenance.
- Cloud optimization & continuous maintenance.
- Deliver on strategic and operational requirements as per the agreed roadmap through a combination of internal development teams and external technology partners/vendors.
- Mange technology vendors and negotiate and achieve optimal levels of discounts to minimize CAPEX and OPEX (as per feasibility and industry benchmarks)
- Support enterprise applications such as Salesforce, DMS, SAP, QlikView, Employee Portal etc. and any other such applications that are added to the IT portfolio.
- Timely conducting of Application Audit by the Statutory Auditors team, cyber security by CIT, testing regular backups, DR drills and network monitoring and ICFR compliance.
- Lead and monitor daily IT service management (ITSM) operations wrt systems, applications and overall IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal service levels are met and results delivered.
- Develop and maintain Major Incident & Business Continuity plan from an IT perspective and implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the organization in the event of major incidents or disasters.
- Lead and monitor IT Infrastructure Management at all area locations and ensure network connectivity uptime for business processes to run seamlessly
- Ensuring 100% compliance to audit requirements and strict compliance to agreed recommendations as per audit findings.

Industry Preferred
BE Telecommunication / Computer IT with certification in network professional
General Requirements
Preferred certifications SAP, Firewall/Cloud Applications & Servers, Cyber Security etc.
