This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Internal Audit at Mahajan & Aibara LLP in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit projects, conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing financial advisory services. The Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements.

• Experience in Internal Controls and Financial Audits
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are a plus
