Inviting applications for the role of Manager,Insurance Operations( Content Pricing)
In this role, you will be responsible forleading and overseeing operations delivery for the account.
Your role would involve managing the Claims team for content services based out of Noida.
Content pricing team assists in determining total claim amount and provides insurance companies most accurate pricing research for all household contents/items associated with insured loss under Homeowner insurance policy. They also receive & review special instruction of receipts to ensure Like, Kind & Quality of original inventory of contents.
As part of your job, you will expected to meet all client SLA, build strong relationship with our US teams, and drive our compliance and people engagement practices
You will also be expected to drive big value impact projects for our US teams and clients.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Exposure to US P&C market especially Homeowner Insurance Policy preferred
Exposure to Customer management role
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Client Management
Team Handling/People Management Skills
Good Excel Skills
Good analytical skills
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
BCom, BSc, BA - Any graduate except technical
Preferred qualifications
Candidate with US P&C Insurance experience especially Content Pricing for Homeowner Insurance Policy
Candidates holding certification in Insurance (IIA, AIC etc.)
