- Become the expert on the Ada & BMS tool methodology/interpretation and answer sector questions and provide analytical support as needed
- Receiving project briefs and understanding the business context/need thoroughly. Making reports that deliver powerful stories and actionable insights for the team and ensuring that all project deliveries happen on time and to 100% stakeholder satisfaction Lead project-based report storytelling and recommendations provide objective, expert perspective ( so what , why and what to do synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe
- Presenting the reports to key stakeholders in the insights team + support Insights team /present the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed
- Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders
Innovation
- Category/Region/Brand custodian Interact and develop rapport and expertise in respective category/region/brand along with the in-house innovation tools
- Consult BUs/Marketing i.e. Responsible for right methodology selection for a given objective, Innovation recommendation basis research, Idea optimization, etc.
- Report writing and story telling
Qualifications - 6 - 9 years of experience with a mix of research agency and / client side experience. Prior experience in Tv ad testing - and experience working on creative and innovation testing, brand health tracks preferably in a market research agency like Kantar (specifically Milward Brown) or IPSOS.
- Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data
- Strong analytic, communication and project management skills. Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Acts as Owner Self starter and quick learner. Proactive, responsive, problem solver and excellent communicator. Wants to learn and grow. Ability to navigate ambiguous and completely new ways of working within PepsiCo
- Customer Centric Ability to understand and prioritize stakeholder needs. Creates value through business impact leveraging Ada/Zappi/ Kantar platform data.
