- Prospecting, pitching & closing sales, Pipeline Management
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Maintaining and developing relationships with potential customers via telephone calls and emails
- Negotiating commercial terms to close sales
- Follow-up for collections on customer payments
- Gathering market and customer information
- Understanding customer objections and addressing them
- Cross-selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
- Ensure that the sales targets are met for self and team
Requirements Need to have - 5+ years of Inside sales experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level
- Must have handled revenue targets and achieved the same
- Excellent verbal & presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like Lead-Squared / SalesForce / Sugar etc.
- Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.
- Experience in handling a sales team
Good to have - Prior experience in handling sales in SMB sector
- Domain experience in travel industry, SaaS Product Sales etc.
- MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
