Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for delivering the qualitative and quantitative goals through a team of inside sales reps.

- Recruit, train and optimize a team of inside sales who are responsible for inbound Leads engagements.

- Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results, increase Lead to MQL percentages on a monthly basis and achieve defined targets regularly.

- Establish metrics/reports and help the team improve by understanding their performance.

- Should publish regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management.

- Manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency and quality of MQLs on a daily basis.

- Should own the entire sales funnel, from lead to sales conversion, strong co-ordination skills required to collaborate and work with different departments - Sales, Marketing, Product etc

- Foster high energy and a continuous learning environment.

- Ensure adoption of CRM tools and efficacy of data/leads among all team members, conduct regular reviews with team members to achieve optimum results.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 8-10 years experience in B2B inside sales management experience.

- Should have handled around minimum 5 to 10 member team for the last 3 to 5 years.

- Outbound call centre management experience is strongly preferred.

- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader and familiar with inside sales processes and should have the capability to build and fine tune processes if required. Experience using CRM tools is a must.

- Experience in selling SAAS solutions to the key stake holders in the Education sector, should be from a sales background. A person who has experience working in a fast paced start up culture.

- Graduate/MBA/ B.tech /B.E from a reputed college or university
