Role Responsibilities
- l Source new sales opportunities majorly through outbound cold calls and emails and some opportunities through inbound lead followup
- l Understand customer needs and requirements.
- l Convert qualified opportunities for further development and closure on their own
- l Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas.
- l Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- l Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your
- l Team with channepartners to build pipeline and close deals
- l Visit top partners partner visit day once a week.
- l Maintain honesty and integrity in every aspect of work
- Typicaday in the life of an inside sales manager in DigiMRO
- l Calcustomers (channepartners) to generate enquiry on various categories sold including cctv, fire alarm, access control, intrusion detection, public address systems, tools and accessories,
- l Create BoM, BoQ taking help of support technicateam
- l Give quotes, with help of marketing team if required
- l Close funnels, taking support of manager or concerned stakeholders
- l Book order in system and track material arrangement and billing.
- l Followup for timely payments
- l Attend trainings on various categories and products
- l Think through and prepare weekly and month planning sheets as per organization format and submit in timely manner
- l Connect and maintain relationships with supplier partners.
- l Keep increasing customer database

Work Experience
- 3-7 years experienced of inside sales
- Preferred from Security Fire low voltage industry.
- Strong account management relationship building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with aptitude in building long lasting relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonapresentation skills.
- Problem-solving ability and head strong personality.
- Must exude positive energy and attitude
Knowledge/ Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience speaking to 40- 50 partners per day
