Role Definition
As the Manager of Infrastructure at Inventure Academy, you will oversee all infrastructure-related processes and resources. This pivotal role entails working closely with the Finance Manager and Administration Manager to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the academy's facilities.
Responsibilities
Infrastructural Responsibilities:
- Procurement and Contract Management: Call for quotations, finalize contracts for purchases, ensure timely procurement, and maintain quality standards for all purchases.
- Quality and Maintenance: Plan and implement quality audits, ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all school infrastructures, and achieve quality objectives related to infrastructure.
- Inventory and Hygiene: Maintain inventory of school furniture and infrastructure, manage pest control and hygiene measures.
- Security and Utilities: Oversee campus security and water supply management, and ensure proper maintenance of health facilities.
People Management Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Assign roles to administrative staff, supervise and assess performance, manage attendance, and coordinate emergency responses.
- Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships for various services.
- Operational Processes: Oversee maintenance of facilities, ensure safety and hygiene standards are met, and manage the school operational budget.
- Maintenance and Records: Maintain inventories, records of staff, and furnish quarterly reports.
Qualifications And Experience
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field; a master's degree would be advantageous.
Experience: 7-10 years experience in administration and infrastructure management, preferably in education or hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in vendor management, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle emergency situations efficiently, and proficient in MS Office and relevant software.
