Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop & execute influencer marketing strategy including but not limited to campaign briefs, guidelines and objectives for influencers
Onboard new influencers, maintain relations with existing ones
Lead the ideation & creation of engaging content in collaboration with influencers
Creating campaign plans and pitching to client till closing
Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact
Identify target audience and appropriate influencers for campaigns
Monitor & analyse campaign performance
Refine influencer selection as per data driven insights
Upselling and finding new clients
Client servicing
Providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
Optimize influencer marketing strategies based on performance data and insights
Track expenses and campaign costs, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management
**Experience in music marketing is a plus
