Role Description

The Manager will be responsible for :

• Advising and assisting clients on Indirect tax matters (predominantly GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy)
• Assisting in litigation matters at various levels
• Representing before the department for various indirect tax matters
• Performing due diligence and health check
• Assign tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and workload capacity to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Offer consistent support to team members, helping them navigate challenges and grow their skills

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
• Excellent client relationship management and project management abilities
• Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on delegation and team guidance.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Good knowledge of economic, legal, and financial concepts and principles
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a Chartered Accountant
• 3 to 6 years of experience working in the field of Indirect Taxes.

Location

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
