Manager Inbound Demand Generation

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Inbound Demand Generation with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, ideally within the HCM or HR Tech space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-ticket B2B products, driving inbound leads, and creating a high-quality sales funnel. You'll bring expertise in managing a team, executing multi-geography product marketing strategies, and thriving in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute inbound demand generation strategies to build a robust sales funnel for large-ticket B2B SaaS products.
- Lead and mentor a demand generation team to achieve marketing goals and performance targets.
- Manage inbound strategies across multiple geographies, adapting campaigns to target region-specific audiences and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoffs, provide insights on lead quality, and meet shared goals.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to engage, educate, and nurture inbound prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Use data to track, analyze, and optimize demand generation efforts, making informed adjustments to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain focus on meeting and exceeding lead-generation KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to hit targets consistently.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years in inbound demand generation, specifically in B2B SaaS; experience with HCM or HR Tech products is preferred.
- Experience in handling large-ticket sales, with a record of success in generating high-quality leads for premium products.
- Proven experience in leading a demand generation or marketing team, with strong mentoring and motivational skills.
- Prior experience in implementing multi-geography strategies, with an understanding of regional market nuances.
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment, with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
