Monitoring & controlling the IE & Planning related activities of Knit garments of having 100% export-oriented knit business of all high profile buyers.
Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Set up every day`s standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically concerning garment manufacturing.
Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and taking necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
Conducting time study, motion study, and idle man-machine hours daily.
Prepare monthly manpower projections.
Labor cost analysis & improvement of the standard.
Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & manage deviations within the planning process.
Reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Ensure a very significant role in increasing productivity with the standard.
Lead the team with proper guidance & leadership skills along with assessing subordinates & developing all to result-oriented performers as match with company expectations.
Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
By Time Study determining the capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement.
Preparing worker's skill matrix and monitoring production.
