This role provides the HR partnership to Serentica Renewables across multiple functions with a focus on engagement, culture and learning.

Position Demands

Demonstrated experience in HR across domains along with HR Business Partnering experience. Total Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization.
Have managed work around engagement and earning
Strong analytical bent of mind with command over MS Excel/ PowerPoint.
Strong on communication skills
Min 2 yrs. specialized degree in HRD from a recognised institution (Premier/ Tier-1)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Translate business objectives to people plans and drive people
programs associated with these plans.
Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR
services, Talent Management, development, Culture and engagement
functions.
Support the Business Leaders in implementing their people agenda to
meet business goals
Drive business Engagement, Culture Chater and Learning initiatives in coordination with the COEs.
Organize & Manage Employee Connects & events across functions in the organization.
Partner with leadership across all levels to provide operational
support, coaching and leadership developmental activities in
managing the business operations
