The role is accountable for drafting, implementing, monitoring, and controlling Human Resources compliance management for Projects organization

Position Demands

Graduate with specialized PG qualification in HRM&IR and Labour Laws
8-10 years of experience in managing compliances
Exposure of Working with Infrastructure/ Power Companies
Working in Consulting Environment Working In large workforce, contractor environment

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Drive, Implement and monitor the Compliance framework for all Hybrid
Renewable Projects (Solar, Wind and Storage)
Facilitate Compliance Audits by external agencies/customers etc and work out
Action plans on the findings and implement the same.
Create Awareness and Educate Contractors, vendors, manpower suppliers on
Compliance framework and ensuring implementation of the same by vendor partners.
Facilitate and Act as SPOC for all compliance activity like Documentation,
Reporting, Dashboards, Audit etc
Ensuring all Licences and Registrations are at place with the help of Compliance partner.
Facilitating the Compliance monthly meetings with Projects leaders. Holding
Regular discussions with Projects team to facilitate their HR compliance.
Use of online compliance tools and ensuring implementation of the same through the contractors.
Work Closely with HR business partners and extend support to them on managing
critical incidents that involve statutory compliance bodies.
Managing contract workforce and timely payroll process for them.
Facilitate and manage Contract workforce audit.
Ensuring Compliance adherence target percentage is achieved on monthly basis.
