Job Description

  • Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including database maintenance referral generation, head-hunting, advertisement/Job postings, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking to improve staffing services, & reduce dependency on Job site.
  • Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT Recruitment from sourcing to screening, short-listing to interview follow-ups till the closures.
  • Recruiting from middle to top management level. Headhunting & LinkedIn hiring.
  • Identify the right match according to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change.
  • Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
  • Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.
  • Handle the queries, give briefing & identify the missing gaps and finally shortlist the candidate.
  • Formulating & modification of HR policies.
  • Handling various HR reports (HR dashboard, Headcount report, survey analysis).
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
