Role
Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, on boarding, exits, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.
Create job descriptions, post jobs on portal, conduct interviews and make job offers.
Maintain employee records including attendance and performance evaluations
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to attendance, decorum compensation and benefits and ensure compliance.
Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirement
MBA / PGDBA HR/General management
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of employment and statutory laws
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity and empathy
Strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.
Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitasking skills.
5+ years of relevant experience
