Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of Company's HSE Functions, Policies, Procedures and Systems.
- Maintains up-to-date information and knowledge on new developments in the area of Safety, Health, Environment, and Loss Prevention.
- Obtaining all HSE licenses and certificates for terminal operation.
- Arrangement of required medical facilities.
- Installation of HSE Monitoring system, Emergency response plan.
- Ensures that all OSHA required training and programs are complete, up to date, and recorded.
- Liaison with Internal Customers, Government agencies and legal authorities, etc
- Should be able to implement the adani safety management system to the sites in the most effective way.
- Should be competent with Microsoft office, MS Teams and be willing to learn new software like SAP.
- Should have good knowledge of best practises from other industries and have the ability to replicate the same.
- Should be familiar with statutory guidelines such as factories act, OISD etc.
- Should be able carry out regular shift activities.
- Should be aware of basic fire fighting techniques.
- Conduct trainings for On roll and Off role employees on various safety related topics.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech - Safety or M.Sc & PG Diploma in safety with 12-15 years of experience.
Preferably in Port / terminal operations.
