Job Description

The Employee Engagement Manager position will be responsible for building and driving a strategy to employ and report on VoE (voice-of-employee) listening that identifies key deficiencies in the employee experience, then owns resulting program and communication strategies that further enable, values, culture and talent. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing our employee pulse response and action plans, on boarding experiences, communicating news, announcements and leadership messages, and overall help in driving culture. This position will require exceptional creativity and involve frequent interaction with executive levels to pitch new ideas and programs, will oversee employee All Hands and other internal events and meetings, requiring independent decision making and organization. Additionally, the Learning Intermediate will be responsible for assisting in the development of training content and programs, supporting the learning programs, and helping develop the training plans.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a full employee communication and engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative culture, diversity and inclusion.
  • Deliver insight by utilizing data from pulse surveys, employee focus groups and other experience data to provide meaningful insights and trends to leadership.
  • Establish action planning methodologies and programs that address gaps in the employee experience; partner with leaders at all levels of the organization to track, deliver, and report on results.
  • Create a communications plan that keeps employees engaged, recognized, and in-the-know, uniting various teams, departments and geographies across a single message and strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage employee-focused meetings and events; including All Hands, webcasts, meetups, etc., including agenda & presentation creation, and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive and promote culture initiatives, volunteerism, engagement, and recognition including ideation, leadership alignment, communications, and execution.
  • Identification of learning and development activities by function and rank to ensure that all employees are proficient in their role.
  • Help assess training needs and provide recommendations for the most appropriate learning modality given the environment.
  • Assist team in updating the learning catalogue and related learning journey and prepare for learning by arranging materials, technology, and logistics.
  • Support and help monitor the delivery of web-based self-paced learning and track enrollment and complete status.
  • Aid in the delivery of facilitator-led learning through assisting in the scheduling and planning all logistics and evaluate learning program effectiveness.

Expertise in internal or external communication, flawless execution, operational excellence, and ambitious work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal skill

A very good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to identify needs, design solutions and deliver with credibility and impact is critical.

A self-starter and ambitious.

  • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and writing skills with a knowledge and appreciation of other departmental functions.

Qualification & Experience

Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a first-class academic record and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. 4-5 years of experience in internal or external communications, training, employee relations, or other related fields. Experience in planning and facilitating high-stakes meetings or events. Strong experience in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
