The Employee Engagement Manager position will be responsible for building and driving a strategy to employ and report on VoE (voice-of-employee) listening that identifies key deficiencies in the employee experience, then owns resulting program and communication strategies that further enable, values, culture and talent. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing our employee pulse response and action plans, on boarding experiences, communicating news, announcements and leadership messages, and overall help in driving culture. This position will require exceptional creativity and involve frequent interaction with executive levels to pitch new ideas and programs, will oversee employee All Hands and other internal events and meetings, requiring independent decision making and organization. Additionally, the Learning Intermediate will be responsible for assisting in the development of training content and programs, supporting the learning programs, and helping develop the training plans.

Qualification & Experience
Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a first-class academic record and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. 4-5 years of experience in internal or external communications, training, employee relations, or other related fields. Experience in planning and facilitating high-stakes meetings or events. Strong experience in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
