Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Team and help us Attract and Retain Top Talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full Recruitment Lifecycle, developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition Strategies and Best Practices, Onboarding of the selected Candidates and ensuring a seamless and positive Candidate Experience.

Key Responsibilities

*Recruitment Strategy

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Identify and utilize various sourcing methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

*Candidate Management

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.

- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company.

*Collaboration

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

*Employer Branding

- Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including campus hiring & social media

- Represent the company at recruitment-related activities.

*Metrics and Reporting

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline and hiring status to Senior Management.

Preferred - Qualifications and Skillset

- Good to have a Bachelor's or a Masters degree in HR or in any respective Field.

- 5to 7+ years of experience in HR with atleast 4+ Years in Talent Acquisition.

- Strong Communication skills, Analytical skills and Negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
