The incumbent will partner with the RTD Sales business function of 3 Clusters (APT, South & West) on all matter related to Human Resource activities. As a part of the RTD HR team this role is responsible for enabling and leading people related initiatives and strategic projects for the assigned clusters.
Financial Outcomes
Partner with Sales Cluster leaders and team to design and deliver the people agenda to attract, retain, and develop talent
Customer Service
Build a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent. Ensure hiring TAT & build recruitment pipeline in partnership with TA team.
Drive engagement interventions to understand the pulse of the business teams and construct action plans based on the feedback.
Ensure regular connect with the team on ground through one on one and group meetings with an aim to understand issues and chalk out plans to correct them.
Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
Internal Processes
Provide leadership in delivery of HR services that include hiring, induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, learning and development, talent management, compensation & benefits in collaboration with corporate COE teams as applicable.
Shape and enable a winning growth mindset that drives performance and engagement of a diverse and inclusive workforce, through digitally enabled people processes and systems.
Innovation and Learning
Facilitate in identifying and executing training needs. Deliver on Capability Development with clear focus on business impact.
Counsel the team on career development and advancement opportunities, as well as initiatives related to development, training, compensation, engagement & recognition.
Provide advice and coaching to line managers on disciplinary or ethical cases.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role
Post-Graduation in Management with a specialization in HR
Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification business partnering experience
Strong Commercial acumen with good understanding of Sales HR domain
Strong influencing skills & ability to work with Senior Leaders across functions
Results-orientation with an ability to execute in precise timelines
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role
FMCG environment or related industry experience
Ability to work in ambiguous environment and identify trends and opportunities
Good knowledge of external HR trends, market, and competitors. Advanced MS Office skills
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people and lead complex and transformation change
