Summary:
We are seeing an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Manager to implement a variety of human resource programs. Important functions such as onboarding, payroll, labour law compliance etc. are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in executing all the HR Operations process as per the agreed SLA with high level quality in all deliverables
- Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to employees.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements related to HR, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance all times
- Employee Relations: point person for all employees regarding HR Operations matters
- Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet HRMS personnel information needs
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Identify and work with external HR vendors as needed
- Manage and maintain employee communication on HR related topics
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary and timely manner
- Carry out task, as assigned by the HR Senior Manager / Director
Experience and Requirements:
What we expect:
- Proven experience as HR Senior Executive / Senior Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of various employment/labor laws
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Minimum Graduation / Post-Graduation in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training/certification will be a plus
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
