We are seeking a candidate with HR & Operations experience to undertake the following:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set Objectives for the entire team and track progress on a regular basis
- Monitor systems, databases, etc
- Review budgets, performances and set metrics for each
- Design and implement policies for the different process structures
- Mediate between teachers, management and CEO
- Create and review reports on costs, staff performances
- Address grievances, queries, compensations regulations etc.
- Yearly performance reviews
- Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training the next level to coach and discipline employees; scheduling conferences with management team, etc.
- Manage and oversee the whole recruitment and hiring process to ensure quality staff are hired and retained
- Administer and manage employee engagement, performance, policies and procedures, implementing training and development programs for the betterment of the company
- Standardise processes and ensure SOP is put in place for each
Job requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Very dynamic and open minded
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good attitude with team building capacity
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Multilingual is an added advantage
Qualification:
- MBA or MSW graduate with minimum 3yrs operational experience
- Laptop with stable WiFi connection

Pay: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
