About The Role
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions when necessary
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans
Compensation And Benefits
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent
- Conduct regular market surveys and analyses to ensure competitive compensation structures
- Design and administer variable pay programs, bonuses, and incentives
Compliance
- Stay abreast of local, national, and international employment laws and regulations
- Ensure the organization's compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and related legislation
- Implement policies and procedures to address compliance requirements
Audit and Reporting
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and legal standards
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities related to compensation and compliance matters
HR Policies and Procedures
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies across the organization
HR Metrics and Reporting
- Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR operations management with a focus on data analysis and management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, google sheet etc.)
- Deep understanding of HR systems and databases; experience with HRIS implementation and management is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at various organizational levels
Additional Information
- This is a full-time position based at our Bangalore office.
- The role requires dedicating 30% of working hours specifically to data-related tasks.
