Key Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Employee Engagement: Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee engagement strategies and initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Learning and Development: Identify learning and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance employee skills.
- Skills Mapping: Conduct skills assessments and mapping for employees, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for career development.
- Training Requirements: Assess training needs and plan training programs that align with organizational objectives and employee career goals.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current skills and job requirements, and provide recommendations for skill enhancement.
- Development Planning: Create quarterly and yearly development plans for employees, setting goals and providing resources for their professional growth.
- Daily Engagement Activities: Plan and coordinate day-to-day engagement activities, recognizing achievements, and maintaining a positive work culture.
- Social and Recreational Activities: Organize various social events, trips, and seasonal activities to engage employees both in-office and at remote locations.
- Cross-Office Engagement: Engage employees in multiple offices, including remote locations, ensuring consistent engagement strategies are applied across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
- Work experience of 5 to 8 years in human resources managing similar roles.
- Ability to manage senior and junior employees.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to create video and training material through research.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, learning and development, and skills mapping.
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis and curriculum development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems.
- Innovative and creative thinking to develop engaging activities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Note :- The Ideal candidate must be able to work in USA shift (Night 21:00 Pm to 05:00 AM)
