1. To support HRBP in conducting investigation into employee misconduct or violation of company policies.
2. To ensure application/renewal of applicable licenses and filing of returns under various labour laws thereby ensure compliances for various business entities such as Lupin Ltd, Lupin Diagnostics Ltd. Lupin Digital Ltd etc.
3. To Coordinate with advocates across India for labour cases and maintain the tracker
4. To coordinate with site HR and share monthly ER reports/ quarterly ER highlights with management.
5. To Support DGM ER in union negotiations, wage settlement and day to day working.
6. To coordinate labour law audit across all sites and head offices.
7. To represent company in labour matters before Labour authorities and courts.
8. To support Central Corporate HR on in his day-to-day working such as preparing MIS, collating data from manufacturing sites etc.
Education Qualification - MLS / MBA HR.
