Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing tools and training for managers and employees.
- Assist in setting performance goals and objectives.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies.
- Data Management:
- Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
