Job Description

Managing Recruitment & HR operations
  • Establishing the right work culture required
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of company using Zoho Recruit
  • Updating job portals
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Searching for the right candidates and arranging interviews
Taking first round of interviews
  • Providing Offer Letter & appointment letter
Induct new joiners to the management & co-workers
  • Provide orientation about company & country rules / policies / laws
Giving new joiners operational tour of ZOHO people (HR Software Solutions) and getting employee profile completed
  • Maintain attendance record & submitting weekly timesheet
Coordinate and maintain staff administrative records in Zoho apps
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Addressing employees grievances
  • Calculate & Conduct salary
Conduct Performance evaluations Process.
  • Provide necessary Performance evaluation guidelines to line managers.
Revisit evaluation report and ensure the transparency.
  • Revise Salary / Scale and Designations with association of Project Manager & CEO and intimation to individual & Salary Section.
Achieving your department the goals set by the company
  • Supervising company task calendar
Implementing Employee exit plan as instructed by the company
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Recruitment Portals

Knowledge of General Company Policies

Leadership skills

Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Google Sheets, Docs and Slides

Positive approach to problem solving

  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month
